Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you use hashnest.app, whether you organise an event or upload to one. By using HashNest you agree to them. Questions: hugomz2006@gmail.com.
Private beta
HashNest is in private beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability. Keep your own copies of anything important; organisers can download every file from the Media tab.
Uploading to an event
- Only upload photos and videos you took, or that you have the right to share.
- When you tick the permission box, you give the event organiser permission to use your uploads in the event recap and to share them, for example on social media or with sponsors. You keep ownership of your photos and videos.
- Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that shows people who clearly didn’t want to be filmed.
- Want something removed? Email us (see the privacy policy).
Organising an event
- You’re responsible for your event, for telling guests their uploads go to you, and for how you use the content and data you collect, including getting any permissions needed from people who appear in it.
- Only import or report on social posts you have the right to use. Numbers you enter (turnout, views) should be accurate, since sponsors may rely on your reports.
- Keep your login safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to run HashNest for you.
What we can do
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. We may change these terms; if the change is important we’ll update the date above.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, HashNest isn’t liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €100 if you haven’t paid anything). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
